Any  information collected for SMS/RCS messaging will only be shared with  service providers and/or aggregators solely for the purpose of  delivering messaging services.

All  the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and  consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties,  excluding aggregators and providers of text messaging services.

• SMS delivery may be subject to delays or failures beyond our control.
• Message and data rates may apply depending  on your mobile carrier’s plan. Bashdit is not responsible for any  charges incurred as a result of receiving SMS notifications.
• Your carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7.5. Service Provider

• Bashdit uses Twilio as the SMS service provider to send notifications.

7.6. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate mobile contact information within your profile.
• By opting in, you represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the provided mobile number.
