• You may also opt in to receive SMS notifications at any time within your profile settings.

9.4. Carrier & Charges

• SMS delivery may be subject to delays or failures beyond our control.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier’s plan. Bashdit is not responsible for any charges incurred as a result of receiving SMS notifications.
• Your carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9.5. Service Provider

• Bashdit uses Twilio as the SMS service provider to send notifications.

9.6. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate mobile contact information within your profile.
• By opting in, you represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the provided mobile number.

9.7. Changes to Terms

• Bashdit reserves the right to update or modify these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected in the Application’s Terms and Conditions.

Bashdit is a platform designed to facilitate the process of finding venues and vendors, and coordinating booking details for events. It is important to note that Bashdit is not involved in any financial transactions between users and venues or vendors.

Users and businesses are solely responsible for handling payments between them outside of the app. Bashdit does not assume any responsibility or liability for any payments or financial transactions conducted between users, venues, or vendors.
